Consider this, the school you go to already knows that you have issues around anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma and loss. Hello I'm Juliet, I can offer you support, that helps you feel motivated, empowered and more informed. My experiences have shown me the importance of taking care of yourself as a parent and business owner. The importance of self-care and finding the right support for you. I was in a position of nearly giving up. I don't want others to feel that.
Would you like some support? Would you like to feel motivated as a parent or business owner? Would you like to feel empowered and informed and able to get on with your life?
I can help.
Seven years ago I adopted two fabulous children, that experience changed my life and I looked for a change and I trained as a psychotherapeutic counsellor (after a career in teaching). I studied a three year advanced post graduate diploma in psychotherapeutic counselling and loved it.
I understand the challenges of parenting, advocating for children balancing this with self care and running a therapeutic business. I nearly gave up, my experiences spurred me on to support others.
I work with you in a variety of ways that best suit your situation - one to one, workshops/seminars, support groups and health and wellness events
The highs and lows of parenting and running a business have given me insight into how to support yourself and maintain a healthy balance in life. The importance of a "support package" is paramount.
