We are caring, accessible, friendly, approachable and don't use psychobabble! Our value comes from being able to use a variety of approaches. Qualified and experienced in counselling, hypnotherapy, relaxation techniques, cognitive behaviour therapy techniques and essential oils.

You have come to a point where you want to find a path out of it.

Here's where I can help, I have put together a program with the aim of helping you, helping you find a way to manage your feelings. Everything that is going on in your brain and body can be helped.

So how does it work?

I use a combination of counselling, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, hypnotherapy and essential oils to help you. We can also draw on other ways of working to support you.

The program has six parts, six sessions could be just what you need , we may have to take longer on some of the steps but we will get you where you want to be.
